Free luggage allowance offered with Emirates

The airline based in Dubai, Emirates has announced an increase in its luggage allowance. Moreover, since the 04th May 2009, Emirates’ passengers are benefiting from this free luggage allowance. Furthermore, passengers travelling with Emirates in Economy Class are benefiting from an allowance of 30 kilos and 40 kilos for those travelling in Business Class is getting 40 kilos as allowance. In addition, Emirates’ First Class passengers have been granted of 50 kg. On the other hand, Emirates grants free baggage to its passengers who are members of the Frequent Flyer program. These members are benefiting of an extra kilos of 16 kg for Gold members and 12 kg for Silver members. However, passengers flying with airlines in codeshare with Emirates will also benefit from this free luggage allowance.
