Air Canada and South African Airways (SAA) signed a codeshare agreement. With the new agreement, SAA will operate on Air Canada flights between London and Vancouver and Toronto, and from New York JFK to Toronto. Air Canada will place its code on SAA flights operated from London and New York to Johannesburg. Following the codeshare/Sharing code agreement Air Canada and South African Airways this will provide SAA travelers to connect easily on Air Canada flight-operated to many destinations across North America.

Air Canada codeshare with Turkish Airlines to provide more services between Turkey and Canada. Both Airlines will place their code on flights between Toronto and Istanbul. With this agreement, Air Canada will provide more flights in Turkey and also in the Middle East and Africa while Turkish Airlines will fly to many Canadian and US cities. Following the Codeshare/Sharing code agreement Air Canada and Turkish Airlines, this will provide Air Canada travelers to connect easily on Turkish Airlines flight-operated to many destinations across Africa and Middle East.
