The low cost airline based in Manila, the Philippines, Cebu Pacific removes surcharges on its Manila-Osaka route which results in a fare decrease of 46%. Cebu Pacific is offering a promotional fare of £274 for its Manila-Osaka route due to the removal of surcharges. The promotional fare of £274 proposed by Cebu Pacific is valid until 10th March 2009. However the promotional fare that Cebu Pacific is offering is non-refundable.
