As from December 2009 KLM the airline based in Netherlands is making available the Economy Comfort Zone. In other words passengers traveling with KLM will benefit from more legroom in its Economy Class. KLM will provide a seat pitch of 10 additional centimeters in the Economy Comfort Zone. KLM air ticket for a seat in the Economy Comfort Zone is as from £72 to £155 (€80 to €150). Hence KLM Platinum Flying Blue Elite member will benefit from a flexible air ticket in the KLM Economy Comfort Zone as they do not have to pay nothing for extra on board of the Economy Class. On the other hand Flying Blue Gold member will profit from a 50% discount on KLM Economy Comfort Zone and Flying Blue Silver member will benefit from a discount of 25% on KLM Economy Comfort Zone.
