Continental Airlines, the airline based in the United States is now making available new BusinessFirst menus to all its passengers. Continental Airlines BusinessFirst menus are applied only on board of the international flights of Continental Airlines. Hence Continental Airlines BusinessFirst menus will diverse and rotate each month. Moreover the news BusinessFirst menus proposed by Continental Airlines will vary per region. In other words passengers travelling on the flight between Houston and Frankfurt will profit from the new BusinessFirst menus such as  broiled tenderloin steak accented with asiago cheese broth, brown butter gnocchi and marinated asparagus or even tamale-filled breast of chicken with ancho chile and corn sauce, roasted tomatoes and grilled yucca batons.

On the other hand Continental Airlines’ passengers travelling on the flight between Copenhagen and Newark will benefit from the new BusinessFirst menus such as Cioppino fish stew featuring halibut, scallops, herbed shrimp and calamari with potatoes and roasted vegetables or a savory option of rack of lamb au jus with haricots verts, herbed vegetables and potato gratin. In addition Continental Airlines is also offering new pasta and poultry entrees.

Besides the new BusinessFirst menus mentioned above, Continental Airlines is also provding other BusinessFirst menus. Moreover Continental Airlines BusinessFirst menus will be prepared by the chef James Canora, Bryan Caswell, Michael Cordua and Paul Minnilo.
