The airline founded in 2000 in Australia, Virgin Blue offers new cheap flights from Perth to Port Hedland as from the 4th August 2009. This is tremendous news for the local community of Port Hedland that Virgin Blue has seen fit to extend its services and to include Port Hedland said the Town of Port Hedland Mayor. Virgin Blue has also announced it will offer a special launch fare of $99 (£60) one way on the internet, between Perth and Port Hedland. Virgin Blue will also provide special offers on the flights linking Port Hedland, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The launching of Virgin Blue flights to Port Hedland from Perth will be by the new EMBRAER Jet aircraft. Virgin Blue is very pleased to be adding the new route from Perth to Port Hedland declared the Virgin Blue Chief Executive.

Gulf Air the airline with its main base at Bahrain International Airport is making available new flights to Aleppo, Alexandria and Salalah.
Since 22nd June Gulf Air is proposing flights to Alexandria. Gulf Air will be proposing five flights a week to Alexandria. In other words Gulf Air will fly to Alexandria on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
As from today 1st July 2009 Gulf Air is making available three flights a week to Salalah that is on Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Saturdays.
As from tomorrow 2nd July 2009 Gulf Air will be offering flights to Aleppo. Gulf is making available two flights per week to Aleppo that is on Thursdays and Saturdays. However the flights to Aleppo Alexandria and Salalah with Gulf Air will be operated until mid September 2009.

The airline based in Roissy, Air France and Bangkok Airways the regional airline based in Bangkok has signed a code share agreement which will be effective as from 1st July 2009. Air France code share agreement Bangkok Airways will give the chance to both passengers flying with Air France and Bangkok Airways to travel to six new destinations in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos under flight number “AF” Phuket, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Trat (Thailand), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Luang Prabang (Laos). In other words these flights will be proposed to the customers of Air France which will be operated by the aircrafts of Bangkok Airways where their schedule will provide quick connections with long haul flights daily with Air France between Paris CDG and Bangkok.
