The airline company, Scandinavian Airlines SAS is taking into consideration to add new flights in 2009 from Copenhagen to Basle-Mulhouse, San Francisco and from Oslo Gardermoen to Bangkok and New York Newark. However it will quit its flight from Copenhagen-Cologne/Bonn and Stockholm Arlanda-Hamburg Fuhlsbuettel on 25th October. On the other hand SAS has ordered a supplementary Boeing B737-800 but has announced, 500 jobs cut and is forecasting to retire up to 18 aircrafts.
