Air Mauritius resumes flights to Europe

As from today Wednesday 21st April 2010, the flag carrier of Mauritius Air Mauritius is resuming its flights to Europe. Air Mauritius resumes European flight to London Heathrow, Geneva and Paris. Air Mauritius flight is scheduled on the flight number MK4042 to depart Mauritius at 16h30 to reach London Heathrow at 02h00 the next day and Air Mauritius return flight number MK4053 will depart London Heathrow at 03h45 to reach Mauritius at 18h40 the same day. Some Air Mauritius flights to London, Munich and Paris are still delayed due to the congestion in airports in Europe.

Mauritius flag carrier, Air Mauritius flights to Europe that is to Paris, London, Geneva and Frankfurt have been suspended due to volcanic ashes. The reason for the suspension of flights due to volcanic ashes to Europe of Air Mauritius is due to the volcanic ashes of the volcano that broke out in Iceland.
