The German flag carrier, Lufthansa will now operate flights to Tokyo onboard of its double decker plane, Airbus A380. Lufthansa flights to Tokyo from Frankfurt onboard of Airbus A380 will kick off as from 11th June 2010. Till now, flights to Tokyo are ensured by the carrier’s Boeing 747-400. Lufthansa A380 will operate thrice weekly flights to Tokyo, on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Moreover, as from 4th August Lufthansa A380 will ensure daily flights to Tokyo. Lufthansa A380 can carry a total of 526 passengers providing excellent comfort. Onboard of the A380 Tokyo flights, passengers will be provided Lufthansa in-flight entertainment to make their journey a pleasant one. To recall, besides Tokyo flights Lufthansa also provides air ticket Beijing and Johannesburg and these flights will be ensured by the A380.

Yesterday, 27th April Qatar Airways celebrated the launch of its new flights to the capital of Japan, Tokyo. The flights to Tokyo from Doha will be operated on a daily basis. Qatar Airways flights to Tokyo will be ensured by an Airbus A330 carrying a total of 238 passengers and will feature onboard services including Qatar Airways in-flight entertainment, a tailored menu, in-flight shopping amongst others. Besides Tokyo, Qatar Airways also offers air ticket Singapore, Osaka and many more Asian cities.

The national airline based in France, Air France has ordered 12 Airbus A380 aircraft of which Air France received its third Airbus A380 aircraft on the 14th April 2010. Air France new Airbus A380 will operate flights between Paris and Johannesburg. Moreover, Air France will acquire its fourth Airbus A380 aircraft in August 2010. With the fourth Airbus A380 aircraft Air France will be able to carry out flights between Paris and Tokyo.
Air France onboard services is offering seat pitch of 64 inches in First Class, seat pitch of 55.2 to 61.2 in Business Class and in Economy Class seat pitch of 31.76 to 32.52 inches on Air France new Airbus A380 aircraft.
Furthermore, Air France in-flight entertainment is provided in order to make the journey of passengers a pleasant one on Air France Airbus A380 aircraft.
