The national airline of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian Airlines has announced new luggage policies for its flights to US and Canada. Saudi Arabian Airlines luggage policies US and Canada flights took effect on 1st July 2010. Passengers of First Class, Business Class and Guest Class booked on US or Canada flights with Saudi Arabian Airlines are allowed to carry one cabin luggage and two checked luggage and for cabin luggage the dimensions should not exceed 115cm (45 inches) and for checked luggage the dimensions should not exceed 158cm (62 inches). First class and Business class passengers of Saudi Arabian Airlines booked on flights to US or Canada are entitled as checked luggage a weight allowance of 32kg and as cabin luggage a weight allowance of 11.8kg. Saudi Arabian Airlines economy class passengers booked on flights to either US or Canada are entitled as checked luggage a weight allowance of 23kg and as cabin luggage a weight allowance of 11.8kg. Those passengers who wish to carry additional luggage on flights to US or Canada will have to pay an additional fee. Moreover, passengers traveling to US or Canada and to other destinations also are offered a wide choice of Saudi Arabian Airlines onboard services.
