On 24th November 2010, a code share agreement has been announced between the national airline of Singapore, Singapore Airlines and the Scandinavian based airline, SAS Scandinavian Airlines. The code share between Singapore Airlines and SAS will take effect as from 1st December 2010. Following the new code share signed with SAS, Singapore Airlines passengers will benefit from three new destinations in Scandinavia: Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. Singapore Airlines will code share flights operated by SAS Scandinavian Airlines between Copenhagen and Stockholm and vice versa, between Copenhagen and Oslo and vice versa and also between Copenhagen and Helsinki and vice versa. Moreover SAS Scandinavian Airlines will code share flights operated by Singapore Airlines between Singapore and Bangkok and between Singapore and Copenhagen.
