Lufthansa new meals first and business class will be served on long haul flights during the months of January and February 2011. These new meals served to Lufthansa first and business class passengers will be prepared by Léa Linster from Luxembourg. As new meals, Lufthansa first class passengers will be served as starters duck foie gras and chicken in aspic with celery salad and beetroot vinaigrette and a few more whereas business class passengers will be served venison terrine with green bean salad and mustard sour cream sauce as starters.
